Password rule and typing slips
The register form sets the rule: at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers. If a login is refused, check the tab, then check whether your phone keyboard capitalised the first letter on its own, since repeated wrong entries end in a lock.
Should you tick Remember password?
It saves retyping, which suits a personal phone. On a shared family handset, office PC or cyber cafe browser, leave it unticked so the next person cannot open your account.
Veer Game account locked
The lock notice appears after more than 10 wrong password entries. It tells you to set a new password through Forgot Password to unlock the account, and it includes a Contact customer service button. What to do next is on the forgot password page.
